EXTRUDER WITH DENSIFER

AGOREX The extruder machine is used to recycle waste plastic and turn it into raw material.

It is a machine that melts plastic material under heat and high pressure and turns it into usable raw material.

The extruder machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest technology, in accordance with the type and capacity of the material to be processed, such as screw diameter and aspect ratio, number of degassing zones, and feeding type.

Depending on the type of material to be processed, screws with a capacity of 100-2000 kg/hour and diameters between Ø85mm-Ø160mm are manufactured upon request. Special screw and feeding designs are made for LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS plastic types and for situations such as hard, film and foam.

Bimetal welding is applied on the screw to extend the life of the screw. In addition, screws and barrels are subjected to nitriding process and their hardness levels are increased.

Thanks to the vacuum system used, harmful gases in the material are purified and these gases are discharged in accordance with European standards.

Thanks to the inverter (speed controlled) agglomerate and main screw motor, materials with different hardness and density are granulated with the same pressure and capacity.

Thanks to the specially designed ceramic resistors, the heat remains inside the granule machine, reducing the initial heating time and ensuring continuous energy savings. Thanks to the cooling system on the resistors, different temperatures can be set in different areas on the machine.
